Michele Alicia Smith (Cook), 54, of Fort Collins, Colorado passed away in her home Wednesday, August 12th, 2020. Michele was born May 11th, 1966 in Fort Worth, Texas to her parents, Linda Sue and Joseph Cook.
Michele graduated from Westwood High School, Austin, TX in 1984. She married her high school sweetheart and lifelong best friend, Michael Smith on December 1st, 1984. They have lived in many beautiful places including Texas, Louisiana, Chicago, and settled in Colorado in 2003.
Michele is survived by her husband Michael Smith and their two sons, Michael Smith Jr., and Christian Smith (Ashleigh); Her two younger brothers, Christian Cook (Erica) and Stuart Cook; along with her nieces, Jaden, Lilly, Violet, Hazel, and nephew, Christopher; whom she adored and loved the times when they would visit!
