Olive Frances Heaton, 88 of Loveland, Colorado died November 26, 2015 in an auto accident.
She was born on July 27, 1927 to Ralph and Emily (Blunt) Reed. She was raised in Oceloa, Illinois and graduated from Toulon High School. After HS, she attended Galesburg Cottage Hospital Nursing School and received her Registered Nurse Degree in 1949.
She married Donald Wayne Heaton in 1950 and lived with him until he died in November 2014. She was a homemaker most of her life, having lived in Toulon, IL and Loveland, Colorado.
She enjoyed gardening and pampering her plants. She loved having family around and she was known for her generosity, and warm smile.
She is survived by three children, son, Michael Heaton of Paonia ,Colorado; son, Ronald Heaton and wife Dena of Abilene, Texas, and daughter, Leanne Hoffman and husband David of Loveland, Colorado. She is also survived by four grandchildren, Jason Hearon and wife Michelle; Kristi Landeros and husband Johnny; Tyler Hoffman, and Alexie McConkey and husband Aaron and she also had eight great grandchildren.
Olive was preceded in death by her parents, and husband.
Olive's Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
Donations may be made to American Cancer Society in her honor.
She will be missed.
