Pat was a native San Franciscan preceded in death by husband, Commander Donald B. Linehan, USN Retired, parents Honorable Melvyn I Cronin, Judge of the California Superior Court and Lorena M. Cronin, siblings Melvyn I Cronin II (Corky), Michael Cronin (Janet) and Maureen Cronin Bryant.
Survived by her children: Kathleen Linehan-Janzen (Jack), Peter Linehan (Martha), Lisabeth Linehan Bosch (James), and Megan Linehan Castillo (Joseph); Pat was fondly known as "Tutu" to her six grandchildren: Ryan Bosch, Benjamin Bosch, Carley Bosch, Jared Castillo (Madison), Madeline Castillo and Jordan Castillo and Great Grandson Jameson Castillo; Siblings Melvyn I Cronin III "Skip", Shawn Cronin (Mary), Brother in-law Roger Bryant, and numerous Nephews and Nieces, and her beloved Tibetan Terriers Coast and Hunk.
Pat grew up in San Francisco surrounded by a large Irish Catholic family having immigrated from Ireland during the Great Famine. Attended Sacred Heart School and the University of Hawaii. She competed in synchronized swimming for numerous years, including national competitions and aquatic shows on Waikiki Beach.
She worked at KRON, a San Francisco TV Station and was a Stewardess for Western Airlines flying the west coast as well as Hawaii and Mexico. This experience helped inspire her love of travel. One notable trip included traveling throughout Spain with her husband on a pair of mopeds. She was a Realtor/Broker which enabled her to pursue her interest in houses and properties throughout Colorado and Virginia. But her most beloved and treasured activity was related to her Tibetan Terriers. She founded her Chuba Tibetan Terrier Kennel and was a reputable AKC Breeder. She was a competitor and member of the Tibetan Terrier Club of America and other local kennel clubs helping preserve the integrity of the breed. And more importantly, Pat spread the joy of living with Tibetan Terriers.
Pat was an avid reader, enjoyed all animals, water sports, basketball, tennis, and traveling domestically and abroad.
