Patricia L. Dilka, 67, of Fort Collins, Colorado died Tuesday, April 5, 2016.
Pat was born on May 3, 1948 to Robert and Wynona (Fritz) Scott in Hardford, California. Though little is known about Pat's life, she made a significant difference in many lives. She along with her brothers, David and Thomas were adopted out, away from their parents; separately and at a very young age. She did graduate from high school, but very little is known after that.
However, what we do know is that she is an amazing testament to the human spirit and proof that no matter what hand you might be dealt in life; love, compassion, determination and keeping a kind spirit will prevail. Her loving kindness and giving nature touched everyone who crossed her path. Her loss touched all of the wonderful staff at Spring Creek Healthcare Center in Fort Collins; especially Pathway's RN, Amanda and Spring Creek's, Laurie. Many blessings Pat. She is survived by her aunt, Bertha Fritz in Bayfield, Colorado and she will be buried next to her mother in Durango, Colorado.
