Patricia A. Phillips ("Patti") passed peacefully at home on September 10, 2016, after courageously battling cancer for 20 months.
Patti is survived by her husband, Scott; son Andrew and daughter, Jaime; brother, Michael Pomfret (Virginia); nieces, Danielle Pomfret, Vanessa (Jamey) McGilbray, and Andrea (Matt) Zimmerman; and great-nieces, Elliott & Hollyn McGilbray.
Patti was born in Providence, Rhode Island, on March 15, 1955. She moved to Fort Collins in the '70's, worked in Finance for over 35 years, and was recognized as an outstanding team player and excellent leader. Patti adored her family and created an unparalleled family of friends. She approached all challenges enthusiastically and succeeded in everything she pursued. Patti was well known for her love of life, laughter, constantly giving of herself to others, and her humorous one-liners. She will be greatly missed by all whose lives she touched.
In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations to St. Jude's Children's Hospital, The Humane Society, or Pathway's Hospice Care.
A celebration of Patti's life will be held at a future date.
