Scottsbluff resident Rhonda Tooley passed away on January 24, 2024 in Fort Collins, Colorado. She was 56 years of age.
Rhonda Renee Groce was born on November 15, 1967 in Gordon, Nebraska, the daughter of Vern W. and Beverly A. (Thomas) Groce.
She is preceded in death by her parents and one sister Laura Spinel.
Surviving family members include her children, Rebecca Tooley, Justin Tooley, and Jacob Tooley; six grandchildren; sisters, Cindy Groce, Barbara Barber, Julie Robinson, Kathy Renault, Pamela Torres; many nieces and nephews; and her very close friend Juaneta Sides. She will be missed dearly by all who knew her.
