Robert "Bob" Casselman, 63, of Red Feather Lakes, CO passed away at home on April 11th, 2012. He was the oldest son born in Lincoln, NE to Ruth and Dean Casselman on January 17, 1949. Bob graduated with a degree in theater, music and teaching at the University of Northern Colorado and enjoyed time in a traveling theater company and teaching school children. Bob always enjoyed playing music and performing with his brother "Chuck" as well as many other great musicians. He often spoke of how fulfilling his life felt entertaining others and instilled a great love of music in his children. He spent many years working at the Fox Acres Country Club finalizing his career as the assistant super attendant of greens crew and took pride in his work there. Bob loved living in the mountains and you would often find him at the lake with a fishing pole or walking around the woods looking for treasures. He was survived by his mother Ruth Casselman, his sister Jo Rae Burns, and brother Mike Casselman all of southern Ca. His children: Stevie Sisneros of Aliso Viejo, Ca, Tia Hunter of Littleton, Co, and Leon Casselman of Loveland, Co. and his grandson Torin Dean Hunter. In Lieu of flowers the family is requesting that donations be made in his honor to the Mountain Community Churches Assistance Program (MCCAP) at PO Box 45 Red Feather Lakes, CO 80545. A memorial service will be held at the Pot Belly Restaurant in Red Feather Lakes, Co on Sunday April 29th at 2pm.
