Robert Joseph Riggins
Beloved Husband, Father and Grandfather.
January 8, 1954 – February 11, 2016
Born in Kansas City, Missouri, Bob grew up on the back of a horse and developed into a champion horseman; trick rider and farrier (horse shoer.) His love of people led him to a career in management and training with several large companies and brought him to Colorado in 1988. Within his career, many of his employees saw him as a father figure and he greatly impacted many lives over the years. Bob never met a stranger and made friends every where he went. Most dominant in his life was his love and commitment to his faith in Jesus Christ and to his family.
He is survived by:
His Wife of 41 years - Susan Margaret Riggins.
His Children – Robert (Robyn), Ryan (Christine), Rachelle, and Benjamin (Becky.)
His Grandchildren – Nataleigh, Isannah, Duncan, Joshua, Isaac, Ian, Cai, Ayla, Blythe and Blayden.
His Siblings – Michael Riggins and Debbie Woolworth.
He was a member at Northern Colorado Cowboy Church in Lucerne, Colorado
Bob was a big man with an even bigger heart and he will be greatly missed and forever loved by his family and friends.
A Celebration of Life for Bob will be held at Northern Colorado Cowboy Church on
February 18, 2016 at 10:30 am, at the Northern Colorado Cowboy Church, 33131 US Hwy 85
