Robert Anthony Seefried, 68 of Carr, Colorado passed away on Saturday morning, September 13, 2014 at Northern Colorado Hospice in Northern Colorado Medical Center in Greeley, Colorado due to stroke.
Robert, called 'Bob' by most, was born June 20, 1946 in Buffalo, New York to Carl George Seefried and Doris T Harmon. Bob was the second of 4 brothers and a sister who grew up together in East Amherst, NY. Bob attended high school in Williamsville, NY where he excelled in athletics. After graduating he attended Union College in Schenectady, NY on an athletic scholarship. Then, Bob went on to law school at University of Minnesota.
Bob practiced law for a short time in Chicago then moved on to practice in Washington, DC. Bob was attracted to Colorado from vacationing here. In the late '80's, Bob moved to Boulder, Colorado and set-up a law practice. In addition to law, Bob was certified as a Colorado Master Gardener and had a landscape and design company as his most beloved profession.
Bob was obsessed with the game of golf, continuously practicing to improve his game. He was also an avid follower of college basketball. He was a 'died-in-the-wool' CU Buffs fan from the 1980s until 2014. When, he surprised his wife by announcing that he was now officially a CSU Rams fan!
Bob is survived by his wife and best friend Linda Hardeman, his daughter Terri Seefried of Boulder, CO, his step-son Michael Robinson & wife Casey of Fort Collins. Three brothers Carl, Paul and William also survive. Bob was preceded in death by his parents and sister Delores.
Bob insisted there be no services in his passing. Service is information handled by Goes Funeral Care, Fort Collins.

A Happy Hour will be held at Eaton Country Club in Eaton, Colorado, Wednesday, October 22, 2014 from 3:00 to 5:00 pm, hosted by Bob's survivors. Cash bar and hors d'oeuvres.
