Robert Miller Vincent, 95, passed away peacefully at home on April 12, 2026, in Fort Collins.
Robert was born in Salt Lake City and spent his life building memories and friendships throughout Colorado, living in Lakewood, Denver, Aurora, Coal Creek Canyon, Parachute, and Fort Collins. He spent his school years in Lakewood and was proud to be a member of the 1948 state championship basketball team at Lakewood High School.
Robert was preceded in death by his parents, Newland and Nadine Vincent; his beloved wife, Elfriede Vincent; his daughter, Deborah Strnot; and his sons-in-law, Robert Strnot and Thomas Waller. He is lovingly remembered by his children, Pamela Torchia (Peter), Scott Vincent (Kay), and Bobbie Sigg (Tim); eight grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren, all of whom brought him immense pride and joy.
Robert had a deep love for sports and rarely missed a game. He was an avid golfer and a devoted fan of the Denver Broncos, though he enjoyed watching just about any sporting event he could find. He also found great happiness in swimming and treasured the peaceful moments spent walking the many dogs he loved throughout his life.
More than anything, Robert will be remembered for his steady presence, his love for his family, and the simple joys that brought warmth to his days. His memory will live on in the stories shared, the games watched, the walks taken, and the love he gave so freely to those around him.
