Roger Wayne Lambert was born in Kenosha, WI on March 17, 1930. He married LaVerne Schackmuth in 1949, and they had 3 children: Dianne, David, and Gary. They resided in Kenosha, Greenfield, and Madison, WI. In their later years and until death, they lived in Fort Collins, CO.
Roger took to his dad's profession and worked as a finish carpenter for many years. In Fort Collins, he worked at Water Pik Manufacturing Company.
Roger was an inquisitive individual and loved to see how everything works. He always had some kind of a project to jump into. He was well known in his neighborhood as "The Fix-It Man."
Roger was preceded in death by his loving wife, LaVerne, of over 70 years of marriage, his brother Kenneth Lambert, two sisters, Jeanette Krebs and baby Kathleen Lambert, and his parents, Charles and Mable Lambert.
He will be missed by his children, Dianne (Christian) Theel of Aubrey, TX; David (Eunice) Lambert of Laramie, WY; and Gary (Julianne) Lambert of Colorado Springs, CO.
He is survived by six grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, and his sister Bernice Bittorf of Louisville, KY.
