Sadie Lehmkuhler

Nov 18, 1934 — May 2, 2010

Sada Mae Lehmkuhler, 75, of Fort Collins, met her Heavenly Father on Sunday, May 2nd, 2010. Sada was born November 18th, 1934 in Alliance, Nebraska to Jake and Esther Roebuck. She had eight brothers and seven sisters. Sada married Norman Spears on August 4th, 1950. He preceded her in death in 1956. Sada then married Charles Wayne Lehmkuhler on July 19th, 1958. They were married for 43 years until his death in 2001. Sada accepted Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior and called the Assembly of God church her home. She held the most important job in the world, that of wife and mother. She had a passion for poetry, music, collectibles, wolves, and birds. She was in love with and immensely proud of each and every member of her family. Her favorite day of the year was Christmas Eve, and her heart overflowed with happiness showering her children and grandchildren with gifts. She gave of herself freely and unconditionally. She would want everyone to know she has found Peace in the Valley.      Survivors include son, Monte Spears of Fort Collins, daughter, Michelle (and John) Boswell of Wellington; son, Bud (and Barbie) of Aurora, daughter, Lisa Puckett of Fort Collins; Jeff Puckett of Fort Collins; nine grandchildren, Katie, Jennifer, Christopher, Ambrosia, Kimberly, Michael, Jessica, Ashlynn, and Melinda; and three great-grandchildren, Chandler, Cassandra, and Selene. A celebration of Sada's life will be held Saturday, May 8th at 10:00 am at Timberline Church in the South Auditorium. A viewing will be held Friday, May 7th at Goes Funeral Home from 4:00-6:00 pm Cards, flowers, or memorial contributions can be sent to The Lehmkuhler Family, c/o Goes Funeral Home, 3665 Canal Drive, Suite E, Fort Collins, CO 80524.
