Sandra Kay Keene, 73, of Fort Collins, Colorado passed away December 17, 2020 from Covid-19 related complications.
Sandra was born in Lander, Wyoming, and the only child to Eva and Ignas Galinski. Growing up, she was a tomboy who would skip across Temple Square in Salt Lake City, UT after her days in Catholic School to play baseball with the boys and was not scared of disheveling her appearance and appalling her mom when she would come home injured.
Aside from having her Associate degree and working as a Respiratory Therapist, Sandra enjoyed oil painting, gardening, fishing, and camping in her free time. She will be remembered for her quick wit and crass sense of humor among friends and family members.
Sandra is preceded in death by her husband, James Kenneth Keene. She is survived by her daughters Michelle Christle, Sherry Keene, and Kialea Williams; her son James Keene; grandchildren Christopher Christle, Amanda Goos, Austen Hobbs, Syllva Perry, Xavier Perry, Jesse Taylor, and Curtis Hallenbeck; and a great-grandchild, Braydin Goos.
