SFC Fredrica Anne Arnold was born in Hagerstown, Maryland in June of 1951.
She attended the National Cathedral and Grier schools.
At 18, she was the first woman to enlist in the WV national guard and spent her entire life building a career in the military in several branches. She retired from the 67th Army Band of the Wyoming National Guard with honors. She was a decorated soldier, including having achieved Non-Commissioned Officer of the year.
She passed away on Sunday 21 July 2024 at 5:35am at the Poudre Canyon Health and Rehab Center in Ft Collins Colorado.
She was preceded in death by her parents Nell T and Arthur G Arnold Jr and her ex-husband's John M Robinson and Charles J Kopack Sr.
She is survived by her children, her daughter Fredrica "Rica" (Robinson) Blanc and her husband Craig. Her granddaughter Sabrina and her great grandchildren Regina, Wylie Jr, Jaelah, Wyllow and K'aeci. Her son Charles "CJ" Kopack and his wife Toni-Marie and her grandchildren Nataylia and Charles (Joey) III. Her son Dr. Christopher Kopack.
Cremation was chosen and services will be private.
She will then be ultimately laid to rest at Arlington National Cemetery.
