Sidney Wotman, born 1931, died of natural causes on March 9th, 2024 in Fort Collins, CO. Born in Oakland, California and a graduate of UC Berkeley, Sidney moved to the Chicagoland area to pursue a career in education. He was successful, serving as the Assistant Superintendent to District 28 in Northbrook under his good friend and mentor, Homer O. Harvey, for many years. He was also an avid model shipbuilder, his crowning achievement being an award-winning Charles Morgan.
Sidney is survived by his loving wife Meredith, his sons Lawrence and Jonathan, his daughter Kathryn, his son in law Keith, his daughter in law Meredith, and two grandchildren, Noah and Andrew.
