We are heartbroken at the loss of Brad on July 8, 2026. He left our lives much too soon and we will miss him dearly.
Brad was born on February 16, 1979 in Colorado Springs. He moved with his parents to Fort Collins when he was 7 years old. He graduated from Fort Collins High School in 1997 and received his Bachelors degree from the University of Northern Colorado in 2001. Brad loved participating in a number of sports and activities and was a devout Denver Broncos fan. He always told his family that he loved them by saying "How about them Broncos." He was also a voracious reader and movie buff.
Most importantly, he adored his two children, John 15 and Quinn 11. They were the lights of his life and he was so very proud of them.
He is survived by his children, John and Quinn Budner, his parents, Steve and Gail Budner, his aunts, Beth Buder, Johnnie Wingard (Garry), Victoria Barcelon (Rick), Marsha Whitted, his uncle, Ken Whitted (Bobbi), and numerous extended family members..
Brad will be remembered forever for his smile and laugh, and for his endearing sense of humor by all of his family and friends.
Rest in peace, Brad until we meet again.
How about them Broncos.
Please consider donating to any charity of your choice or to the Aniimal Friends Alliance in Fort Collins in Brad's honor.
A service is not planned at this time. Should we plan a Celebration of Life at a later date, we will be in contact with family and friends.
