Susan Marie (Clark) Meyer peacefully passed away on February 8, 2024, in Fort Collins, Colorado. She was the beloved daughter of Clarence and Evadna (Flora) Clark, born November 10th, 1955, in Ashland, Kentucky,

Susan is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Pamela Meyer and James Jaworowski, who will forever hold her in their hearts. She is also survived by her significant other, Harley Hammer, who shared many cherished moments with her. Susan adored her grandchildren, Caiden, Parker, and Rosalie, and their lives were brightened by her love and affection. She leaves behind a sister, Barbara (Clark) Lilieholm, and a brother, Bruce Clark, who will remember her with fondness and love.

Susan was preceded in death by her parents and her loving husband, David Meyer. Although her departure leaves a void in the hearts of those who cherished her, her memory will forever remain vibrant for those she leaves behind.

Susan pursued her education at the University of Kentucky, where she acquired the knowledge and skills that laid the foundation for her future. She worked tirelessly as a Registered Dietician, dedicating herself to the well-being of others. Her passion for helping people led her to touch the lives of many, leaving an enduring impact on the community she served. Susan retired in 2015, having left an indelible mark on the field she so passionately worked in.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Susan had a zest for life and pursued various hobbies and interests. She had a love for gardening, nurturing the plants and finding joy in their growth. Susan was an avid reader, finding solace and inspiration in the pages of the many books she devoured. She had a knack for unearthing hidden treasures and enjoyed the thrill of antique store or yard sale shopping. Traveling was an integral part of her life, as she sought to explore new places and embrace different cultures. Susan's culinary skills were renowned, and her loved ones were fortunate to savor her delicious creations.

A private memorial will be held to honor and remember Susan's remarkable life. Her family and closest friends will gather to share memories, pay tribute to her, and find comfort in one another's company during this difficult time.

The family would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to Poudre Valley Hospital and Pathways Hospice for their unwavering support and compassionate care. Their dedication and kindness brought comfort to Susan and her family during her final days.

Susan will be remembered for her unwavering love, kindness, and contagious laughter that brightened the lives of those fortunate enough to know her. Her legacy will endure, and her spirit will forever inspire those who were blessed to have shared in her journey.
