Tamara Ann Fields

Tamara A. Fields was born February 11, 1981 in Fort Collins and passed away at the age of 36 on Monday, April 3, 2017, from complications related to diabetes, surrounded by her loving family.
Although visually impaired from birth, Tammy graduated from Rocky Mountain High School in 2000. She was very independent throughout her life and at the age of four, taught herself to ride a two wheel bike. A favorite of hers throughout her life, was Snow globes and she had a very extensive collection on of them.
Tammy is survived by her parents, Debra and Billie Fields of Fort Collins; her brother, Patrick (Desirae) Fields; her dearly loved nephew, Nathan Fields; grandmother, Ellen Fields; boyfriend, Mike Doherty; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
She was preceded in death by grandparents, Herman and Charlene Glass and Jasper Fields; a cousin, Jared; and her beloved Dog, Panda.A memorial service will be held at 10:00 am, Saturday, April 8th in the South Auditorium of Timberline Church, Ft. Collins.
