On June 30, 2021, Tanya Thyfault, 68, left the earthbound to pursue family matters in the afterlife. Leo, Jerri, Margaret, and Joseph greeted her upon arrival. We are certain that celebratory greetings ensued.
Tanya spent much of her life volunteering at a variety of non-profits that fueled her passion for life. She was president of the Fort Collins Lyons club for a number of years where she enjoyed procuring vision for people who could not see otherwise. Being legally blind herself, it gave her great joy to help others in that way.
When her kidneys failed, Tanya was gifted another shot at life from her niece Cassie, who was a willing match for transplant. Tanya remained forever grateful for the second chance, and used it well.
A private family service will be held in Red Feather Lakes, where Tanya will reside with her family.
