Teresa Darlene Palmer

Jan 28, 1955 — Apr 14, 2026

Teresa Darlene Palmer (née Kessler), 71, of Loveland, Colorado, passed away peacefully on April 14, 2026, at her home, holding her children's hands and surrounded by family and friends.
Heaven gained a beautiful angel when Teresa left this world. Cancer may have taken her physical body, but it never dimmed her indomitable spirit-neither here on Earth nor now in Heaven. Born on January 28, 1955, in Pratt, Kansas, Teresa lived a life filled with love, faith, and dedication to those she cherished before going home to be with the Lord.

Teresa graduated from Skyline High School in Pratt, Kansas, where she began building the foundation for her remarkable work ethic and determination. Her career was marked by success and expertise in accounting, administration, and business. While living in Greensburg, Kansas, Teresa was part owner of Obsolete Chevy Parts and Big A Auto Parts. Later in life, after moving to Colorado, she continued her career in the automotive industry at several car dealerships before finding her professional home at Loveland Ford. She worked there until health challenges necessitated her retirement. Teresa's colleagues and clients alike admired her knowledge and dedication.

A devoted Christian, Teresa's faith was central to her life. She believed deeply in a personal relationship with God the Father, Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, and the Holy Spirit. Her walk with Jesus shaped her heart and soul and inspired those around her. For Teresa, it wasn't about religion but about transformation through faith-a belief she carried with grace throughout her life. Teresa Palmer's selfless love for her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, family and friends will forever be cherished and leave a legacy to live by.

Teresa found joy in spending time with God, family, and friends. She had a passion for gardening and took pride in creating stunning flower gardens and arrangements for her outdoor flower pots. An avid outdoorswoman, she enjoyed camping and fishing and was an exceptional markswoman who relished hunting trips. Her love for nature reflected her vibrant spirit.

Teresa is survived by her loving children: Christy Gomora (daughter) and husband, Eddie Gomora, and Greg Helton (son). She is also survived by her loving grandchildren and great grandchildren: Nathan Helton (grandson), Edalina Gomora (granddaughter), Savannah Murara (granddaughter), Kaley Parker (granddaughter), Mashaya Wagy (granddaughter), Kaden Parker (great grandson), Beau Wagy (great grandson), Summer Wagy (great granddaughter) and Oak Wagy (great grandson) She is also survived by her siblings: Ronnie Kessler (brother) and wife, Janie Kessler, Paulette Kennedy (sister) and husband Steve Kennedy, and Patricia Kemper (sister) and husband, Dan Kemper.
