Thomas Edwin Hehn

Thomas E. Hehn, 77, of Fort Collins, died September 11, 2017 at home surrounded by his loving family.
Tom was a devoted husband, father and grandfather. He worked hard to provide for them and could be counted on to cheer for them at their sporting events and while water skiing at Lake #2, Wellington.
Tom was an extremely devout Catholic Christian, who held special devotions to Jesus and Mary while serving God's people. Prayer and attending Mass & adoration were Tom's priorities. He was a founding member of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church serving on the first Parish Council. Lately, Tom had been active at St. John the XXIII Catholic Parish. He was a longtime member of the Knights of Columbus as well.
He took great pride in his work as owner of Michaud Electric and later of H & H Electric. Tom served honorably in the U.S. Army in the early 1960's in the motor pool driving for officers.
Tom is survived by his wife, Henrietta Hehn; three sons Sean (Esther) Hehn, of Medford, OR, Kevin (Jennifer) Hehn of Littleton, CO and Matthew (Hsiao-Ching) Hehn; seven grandchildren, Gabriel, Emma, Rose, Adam, Grace, Sebastian and Juliet; his brother Pat Hehn; and his sister Ruth Ann Hehn.
He was preceded in death by parents Harry and Nora Hehn; brothers Charles, Rev. Bob Hehn, and John; and sister Rosella Mary Hehn.
Recitation of the Rosary will be held at 10:00 am Saturday, September 16th at St. John the XXIII Catholic Church, 1220 University Avenue, Fort Collins. Mass of Christian Burial begins at 10:30 am on Saturday, following the Rosary. Services will conclude with interment, including military honors, precisely at 12:15 pm Saturday at Resthaven Memorial Garden Cemetery. A reception will be held back at St. John the XXIII following the Interment service.
