Thomas 'Webb' Gerard Rivard born October 5, 1954 in Big Spring Texas died December 23rd 2011 in his Fort Collins Home at the age of 57. He met his life partner Vicki Dene Moore on April 10, 1986 and they were married in 1995. He was preceded in death by his mother Patricia, brother Randy and his son Seth. He is survived by his wife Vicki, brother Jon, daughters Natasha and Patricia, son Douglas, six grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Webb was an avid biker and motorcycle enthusiast his entire life and everyone who rode with him knew he simply loved the ride. In 1979 he began working as a tattoo artist and became well respected for his work locally and nationally. In 2001 he opened Joker's Wild Tattoo shop in Fort Collins and had been active in many charitable organizations. He was known and loved for his free spirit, love of life, big heart, laughing eyes and artist's hands. His generous and caring nature has touched the lives of many and all who have met him called him friend.
Webb's 'Celebration of Life' Memorial service will be held Wednesday January 4th, 2012 beginning at 2pm at the Vineyard Church located at 1201 Riverside Avenue in Fort Collins. In lieu of flowers the family has requested assistance with funeral costs.
