Wayne Thomas Presley

Wayne Thomas Presley, 74, of Wellington, Colorado, died on April 23, 2015. He was born September 10, 1940 in Kansas City, Kansas to Carl Thomas and Ellen Margaret (Thompson) Presley. On April 29, 1961, he met and married the love of his life, Nancy Ruth Gregory and they moved to Independence, Missouri where they raised four children until Wayne retired as a Programmer and Quality Inspector with Allis-Chalmers. In 2000, he and his wife relocated to Wellington, CO.

Wayne will be remembered for his kindness, love and dedication to his family. He was a life-long entrepreneur and had a passion for treasure hunting, writing and spending time with his family. Wayne is survived by his wife of 54 years, Nancy; daughter, Cyndi (Richard) Bethel of Florida; son, David Presley of Fort Collins; son, Dan (Connie) Presley of Fort Collins; daughter, Katherine (Paul) Spencer of Loveland; sister, Judy Parman of Kansas City, Mo; fourteen grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his parents. Wayne will ve remembered in a Visitation, 2:00-3:00 p.m. and Funeral Service, 3:00-4:00 p.m., Monday, April 27th, at Timberline Church, East Auditorium, Fort Collins.
