William A. Moyer, age 81 of Good Samaritan Village in Loveland, Colorado, died October 20, 2009 at the Pathways Hospice Care Center, in Loveland. Bill was born February 3, 1928 in Reading, Pennsylvania to William (Sr.) and Carrie Moyer. He and Georjean Underhill were married August 19, 1949 in Wheaton, Illinois. Bill was a Building Contractor in Wheaton for many years. He enjoyed oil painting and making silver jewelry in his spare time. He enjoyed traveling in the campers he made and Colorado was a frequent destination. He eventually retired in 1977 to Estes Park where he built his home with his favorite view of Long's Peak. Bill enjoyed many years in the mountains until he had to move to Loveland for health reasons. Bill is survived by his wife, Georjean 'Jo'; son, Dan Moyer of Loveland, three daughters, Bonnie (and Jim) Trammell of Ft. Lupton, CO, Kristie Moyer of LaCrosse, Wisconsin and Sandy (and Lou) Beeler of Charlottesville, Virginia; seven grandchildren, Jeni (and Mark) Hinitt, Karen Williams, Ben Williams, Bob Trammell, Joey (and Carrie) Beeler, Jeff (and Julie) Beeler and Jamie (and Lydia) Beeler and four great-grandchildren, Andrea Hinitt, Matthew Hinitt, Lucas Beeler, and Kayleigh Beeler. He was preceded in death by two daughters, Cindy and Sherry Moyer and his brother, Jack Gotwalt. A private burial will take place in the Lyons Cemetery in Lyons CO and a memorial service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, October 24th in the Spiritual Life Center at the Good Samaritan Village, 2101 S. Garfield Ave., Loveland.
