Wilma West

Wilma Fern (Hall) West, 81, died peacefully on February 16, 2012 after a lengthy illness. Wilma was born on September 2, 1930 in Peetz Colorado to Earl and Madge (North) Hall. Her family eventually moved to Fort Collins where she attended and graduated from Fort Collins High School. She met and married Robert (Bob) on July 16, 1949 spending the remainder of their lives in Fort Collins. Her fondest memories were her parents Bar-B-Q restaurant in Estes Park, riding the Fort Collins trolley, enjoying her lifelong friends, and gardening. She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers Thomas and Russ, and her husband. Survivors include her daughter, Roberta (Bud) Storkel of Vancouver Washington, sons Jack (Ladelle) and Chuck (Jean) both of Fort Collins. She was blessed with eight grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. Celebration of Wilma's life will be held at Chuck and Jean's on Sunday, February 19 from 1 – 4, all are welcome.
