Every person must cope with loss of a loved on his or her own terms.

The emotional upheaval these trying times can cause is sometimes so overwhelming that even the support of friends and family may not help relieve the amount of sadness and grief you feel.

Several resources are available in Loveland, Northglenn, Broomfield and other locations.

»  Judi's House

Judi’s House, located in Denver, provides support to children and families grieving a death. Services are provided in Spanish and English, to youth ages 3 to 25, and their caregivers. All services are free of charge.

A local Northern Colorado provider, Grief Support of the Rockies employs several therapists who offer quality, professional grief support services to individuals, families, couples, and children. 

»  Alliance for Suicide Prevention

This local organization provides specialized therapy for individuals and families who have experienced suicide.

»  3Hopeful Hearts

3Hopeful Hearts is dedicated to providing parents and families support after the loss of a child.

GriefNet is an Internet community of persons dealing with grief, death, and major loss. They have many email support groups. Their integrated approach to online grief support provides help to people working through loss and grief issues.
