It seems at once like it was yesterday and a lifetime ago. We sat across the desk from each other, occasionally stealing a glance at our new office phone, waiting for it to ring, hoping we had done the right thing. On a snowy day in December 1996, the first call came in. A quiet, tearful voice on the other end asked for our help. We listened.
For 25 years, we have continued to listen. We listened to your stories, your memories, your preferences, and your wishes for the person you love. The person you lost. You, our neighbors and friends, are the reason we are here.
