Our vision is to support children, youth and adults as they walk through their unique journey of grieving the death of a loved one, to offer them hope and healing for their future and to provide education to the community and professionals through seminars and online resources.

» Foundations Counseling
Foundations Counseling in Fort Collins, Loveland, and Windsor provides grief and loss counseling for individuals who are struggling to recover from bereavement that may occur after the parting of a loved one or some other traumatic event.

Judi’s House, located in Denver, provides support to children and families grieving a death. Services are provided in Spanish and English, to youth ages 3 to 25, and their caregivers. All services are free of charge.

3Hopeful Hearts is dedicated to providing parents and families support after the loss of a child.

Mountain Crest offers thorough mental health assessments and treatment programs for adolescents, adults, senior citizens, and families. Inpatient and outpatient programs are available.
