Understanding Preplanning Arrangements for All Funeral Services

When it comes to end-of-life planning, thinking ahead and expressing your desires coherently and with vision can be one of the most thoughtful gifts you give to your loved ones. Pre-planning funeral arrangements relieves the burden of decision-making during a difficult time and ensures that your final wishes are honored. At Goes Funeral Care & Crematory, we understand the importance of pre-planning for all types of funeral services. This is whether it’s a traditional burial, a unique celebration, cremation, or water cremation.

Pre-Planning

Pre-planning your funeral is a matter of careful consideration and a loving gesture to your family. Here’s why it’s so important:

  • By pre-planning, you alleviate the anxieties your loved ones may face when making end-of-life decisions on your behalf.
  • Pre-planning allows you to express your specific wishes, ensuring that your funeral or cremation service reflects your values and preferences.
  • The plan is completed and securely filed in our office. We recommend you keep a copy for yourself and your family.
  • While pre-payment is not required, it may protect you and your family from inflation for the services you selected. Pre-funding your plan may ensure that your expenses are covered when the time comes if the plan selected does not change.
  • If you pre-fund with Goes Funeral Care, it is placed into an insurance policy. If something changes and you need to use a different funeral home in Colorado or another state, the funds placed in the policy are not lost and can be used anywhere. It goes where you go, offering you flexibility and peace of mind.

Pre-planning your funeral or cremation services is a considerate and proactive choice. It provides peace of mind and eases the burden on your loved ones during a challenging time. Whether you choose traditional burial, cremation, or water cremation, Goes Funeral Care is here to assist you in making these critical decisions. To get started with your pre-planning arrangements or to meet with one of our experienced funeral service professionals, please contact our general office at (970) 482-2221. We are committed to helping you ensure that your wishes are known. And, they can be acted upon when the time comes.
